Brian is a self-taught, professional artist living in Victoria, British Columbia Canada. He has been painting for about 25 years ,mostly in acrylics,and a large percentage “en plein air”, or on location.
The artist’s work hangs in numerous corporate and private art collections in Canada, the United States, and Europe.
He also conducts weekend, acrylic painting workshops, in Victoria and Vancouver, and many other locations throughout British Columbia and Alberta. During the last four years, he has also taken his workshops to North Carolina. His workshops have become very popular over the years with well over 1500 participants to date. Workshops in Victoria are held each month and are for anyone 18 years or older. No previous experience is required to participate. They are valuable for both beginner and expert alike and offer complete instruction for anyone simply wishing to learn to paint.
